This is beneath the Paris Road Bridge, in New Orleans. The water in the foreground is flowing over a levee. On the left, you can see the jetty actually is growth on a chain-link fence. You clearly can see the bridge abutments on either side. The photo we've been concerned with all week definitely is an attempt to dupe, I would think.
